The Community Relations & Communications liaison helps to facilitate and foster positive and beneficial relationships among the AES BOE with the Andover town BOS and BOF as well as the Region 8 RHAM school board as well as other members of our town.

Specific responsibilities may include:

 - Coordinate school community engaging activities.
 - Communicate school initiatives and announce achievements to the public.
 - Address and communicate community concerns with the BOE as a whole.
 - Bring AES BOE issues from our regional middle & high school that affect our school community and facilitate communication between other boards (particularly Region 8).
 - Work with the principal and/or superintendent for special collaborative programs or grants.
